The FREE AND ALIVE EP represents the beginnings of my songwriting. Going back to my days when I lived in Coconut Grove Florida.  I'm glad to come up with a name like Free and Alive because I was very private with my songs and lyrics. In time I realized that I was expressing myself regardless of whether the songs would be received or not. So recently, very recently, I was set free to compose new material and to release things that I thought were passed, and I felt like I came alive. I was simply writing music that I felt in my soul. It means a lot to me to finally be able to bring It forward.
